Cloud Architect
As a Cloud Architect you have an important role in guiding during developments in various steps of the processes within the Cloud infrastructures. The work you will perform is diverse and challenging.

What are you going to do
- Stakeholder management
- Prepare requirements analyses
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture (i.e. roadmaps, target architectures/blueprints, high level designs)
- Perform GAP analyses
- Drafting decision papers
- Presenting/propagating architectural designs and visions
- Setting up/structuring and managing design offices/partnerships
- Solving complex (customer) issues based on strategic, economic and operational criteria
- Drafting PSAs within projects at our customers
- Guiding and coaching employees (e.g. solution architects, engineers) during implementation processes
- Ensuring the security of customer data
- Designing hybrid or private cloud infrastructures
- Advising (management) of our customers regarding Working under Architecture
What we ask
Our new Cloud Architect has strong communication and writing skills (in both Dutch and English), has a B driving license and meets the following requirements:
- A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect and/or Azure Solution Architect Expert
- Demonstrable work experience with at least one cloud provider (e.g. AWS, Azure or Google)
- Experience and/or certification in the field of TOGAF, Archimate, SABSA, NORA
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux
- Knowledge of various modern programming languages (e.g Python, Ruby) and automation tools (e.g. Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
- Knowlegde of cloud-native techniques and technologies (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker, NoSQL databases)
- Familiar with information security legislation and guidelines (BIO, GDPR, etc.)
- At least 3-5 years of demonstrable, relevant work experience as a Cloud Architect
- You are familiar with DevOps, Agile, Scrum and/or ITIL working methods
- You are enterprising, environmentally sensitive, eager to learn, result-oriented and positive
