Security Engineer
As a Security Engineer you play an important role in the management and control of the Cloud infrastructures of our clients. The work you will perform is diverse and challenging.

What are you going to do
- Automate software build and test and integration processes
- Automate deployment, monitoring and IT management processes
- Develop and implement monitoring tools and platform
- Designing and building Docker/Kubernetes platforms
- Design and development of deployment environments based on programming languages/environments such as Java, C#, Powershell and Python
- Automate processes for security and compliance requirements
- Migrate from existing pipelines to cloud-based pipelines
- Advising on the use of DevOps products and services
What we ask
Our new Security Engineer has strong communication and written skills, has a B driving license and meets the following requirements:
- HBO work and thinking level
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience with cyber security
- Knowledge of network design
- Affinity with virtualization
- Knowledge of IT security and network infrastructure or data communication
- Experience with or (security) certifications from one of the following vendors: F5, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco, Aruba/HPE, Infoblox, Citrix, Okta or Vasco
- You are also eager to learn, result-oriented, customer-oriented and positive
