Just over three months ago, Danny Weijts started working at Quality and he's been enjoying his new job ever since. He first learned about the company through his colleague Björn Timmer, who had been working at Quality since July 2020. Danny and Björn used to work together at their old employer, and Danny had also seen the organization online a few times. He was impressed by the young, dynamic, and ambitious image that the company projected.

During a dinner party, Björn told Danny about his experiences working at Quality, and Danny was immediately drawn to the company's way of working, its attention to employees, and the career opportunities it offered. After a good and pleasant conversation with Quality, Danny felt confident enough to make the switch from his previous job as a Security Consultant, a position he had held for over 13 years.

One of the things Danny enjoys about working at Quality is the project-based approach, and he also appreciates that his colleagues are very knowledgeable and always willing to help each other out. "If you want to consult about an issue, you can go to your colleagues," he says. And it's not all work and no play at Quality, either. Last summer, the company organized the very first Quality family day, where Danny got to know his colleagues better while enjoying some snacks and drinks with his family. 

He's excited to start his second project at Quality, which he'll be taking on alongside his current one. He's also had his first conversation with his "buddy," a person assigned by Quality to help him map out his career ambitions and goals. Danny aspires to be a Security Architect, and with the right guidance and support from Quality, he hopes to achieve this goal sooner rather than later.
