Mid 2021, Gregory de Lange started as a Network Engineer at Quality. Why did he even made this transition? “I have done a lot of management work at my previous employers and at Quality I have the opportunity to focus on design and architecture.”
Gregory’s interest in computers started at a young age: “When I was about 12 years old, I was already tinkering with my friends on Commodore 64 and 286 computers.”
After his self-stufy for an AMBI module and obtaining his HBO Technical Informatics diploma, he started his career in the telephony world. Here he came into contact with Cisco products and his interest in networking began to grow. Fifteen years of work experience later, he felt the need for more. “I have known Björn for a long time and knew that he enjoys working at Quality; this has always stayed with me."
“I often work for clients on location, but I still feel most at home at Quality.”
Gregory has now been working as a Network Engineer at Quality for over a year, and he works together with Björn at our client, the Ministry of General Affairs. “It is motivating to see how my colleagues use their knowledge and expertise with the customer and that challenges me to do the same!”
To the final question about how he sees his future, Gregory answers resolutely: “Setting up beautiful projects for various customers in the field of Design and Cloud.”
