Herman Janson

Herman Janson is the very first employee to work at Quality and after more than eight years, is stil perfectly happy where he is. In 2013, he became acquainted with the organization through a simple application on the website. “After fifteen minutes, Lemar called me back and it immediately felt right from that very moment.” In the years before that, Herman worked as a Field Engineer in mobile telecom. There he increasingly encountered routers and switches that he had to place and link. From this moment on, his interest in networking started to grow and he started his self-study to obtain a CCNA certificate.

“A smaller organization draws me the most, you know everyone personally and it is therefore always pleasant.” He indicates that he always feels heard and that everything is done to use his knowledge in subsequent and challenging projects.

In Herman’s early years at Quality, the company was more focused on monitoring and managing different customers but has developed over the years into a consultancy firm with a wide variety of projects. During these years Herman has been able to further expand and develop his knowledge and expertise.
